It's time for another Girl's Night!!!

Hey Ladies! I'm so excited to host our next girl's night for the month of February!

Come to my house next Thursday, February 9th at 8pm.

To set the mood for the holiday of LOVE I thought it would be fun to make little love sacks for our husbands. No worries...it's not a big project. It's pretty much a valentine in a bag. I thought we could put little love notes and candies inside of a valentine baggy and tie it with some ribbon. Don't feel like you have to make one. Just come and hang out with the girls and enjoy some goodies! If you have any snacks that you want to bring that would be great too. I hope you all can come! It's going to be so much fun!!!

House for Rent

Hi Summit Mommies!

Some of you may or may not know that our little Bartlett family is moving away. Clint has accepted a job in Omaha, NE. He is leaving Frito Lay and going to work for ConAgra Foods. We have always wanted to live closer to family, but we never thought we would be leaving this soon! The opportunity came very unexpectedly. After much prayer and consideration, we feel very strongly that accepting this offer is the best choice for our family. Even with the strongest convictions that moving is the right thing to do, my heart aches to leave all you fabulous ladies! I have learned so much from all of you in my short time here and I have made friendships that I know will be everlasting! I love yall so much! Thank you for making us feel welcome and thank you for helping me raise my babies!

As for our house....we've been back and forth on what to do. We think that renting may be the best option. So I thought I would put some feelers out there to see if there is anyone looking for a place, or if you know of anyone please feel free to pass on the info:

Honeyville

A friend of mine had informed me of a class at Honeyville on Saturday Jan 28th.  There are two times 10 am and 2 pm.  I will confirm later.  This is a class on "wheat".  The cost is $5 for one person and if you bring a friend it is $7 for two people.  It should be a very informative class that we can all benefit from and better use our food storage. NEW CRAFT DAY!! I have a fun CRAFT FOR VALENTINE'S DAY--

though the red parts

(the block itself and "love" in brackets) can be any color

(blue, green, hot pink, etc.)

if you want to keep it up all year or want pink instead of red

for your Valentine's Day decor.

The block as you see it is $7. It is a 12" long 2" x 4" block of wood.

I will cut and sand it, print

the paper, ink it, and provide the paint, modpodge and ribbon.

Money is due by Wed. Jan 25--cash or checks made payable to me

have the wood cut and sanded by Sat. Jan 28 and

we will put them together at my house

Girls Night Out!

A few months back at Brooke's house a few of you jotted down your name to host Girls Night.  I wound up with the paper.  I thought I put it in my dresser and it is not there.  Unfortunately, I guess I misplaced it and can't remember who was hosting for the upcoming months.  Oops, sorry girls! ESTATE SALE

Jeanette Browning is selling a ton of stuff from her old house. She has a dark green love seat and a couch, a sectional couch, a red leather recliner, 2 wood end tables, a black painted wood coffee table, a glass end table, and several pieces of art and accessories.
