Waterslide Jumper

Hi! My son's birthday is coming up and we would like to do some sort of inflatable waterslide since it has been so hot! We have done regular bouncers, but never the waterslide.

Does anyone know where I can rent one, or someone who has one I could borrow? Do you think it is a good idea? Does it ruin your lawn?

Garage Sale

We are having a Garage Sale this Saturday ..Nothing real spectacular but we do have a nice toddler race car bed that is in great condition, it just needs a crib mattress. If anyone is interested before Saturday- let me know.

September Birthdays dinner/movie

I wanted to plan a night where we could get out, do dinner and maybe go see a movie. I was thinking either Sept. 1st, 3rd, or 15th. Mary B. and Megan B. have birthdays around this time, so if anyone else has a birthday in Sept we could celebrate that too. Please let me know if there are any other birthdays or if anyone has a preference on dates, restaurants or movies.

NEW ADDRESS

Dave and I are moving Fri.  Just wanted everyone to know our new address and phone.  We will be living at 14918 New Foal Trail, Fontana, CA  92336.  (Don't you love this street name--nightmare!)  We will no longer have a landline just our cells.  Dawn's cell is 714-876-8415.  Dave's cell is 909-489-6218.  (We'll see how this goes--we did it in the hotel for 5 1/2 months and it worked great.  If it is hideous--please let me know!)

Harvey Milk Day in school

It's back again..........the fight continues.........
Gov. Schwarzenegger is being pressured more from all sides to sign this bill.

If signed, SB 572 would pressure every California public school to have an official Harvey Milk Day promoting the homosexual, bisexual, and transsexual agenda to children as young as kindergarten. The sky is the limit on what a school considers suitable commemorative exercises.

This is written so broadly, SB 572 could allow gay-pride parades on campus, cross-dressing, and homosexual marriage dramas, etc. It's all going to come down to how much pressure California's governor feels.

Remember, last year the Democrat-controlled Legislature passed Harvey Milk Gay Day,but Schwarzenegger vetoed it.
This year, Schwarzenegger is being lobbied more heavily by homosexual activists. Sean Penn, who played Harvey Milk on the big screen, and Milk's homosexual activist nephew, have both personally lobbied Schwarzenegger to ask him to sign SB 572. Other differences from last year is that there are four more Democrats in the Assembly voting for Harvey Milk Gay Day. And for the first time, a Republican, Senator Abel Maldonado, is supporting this anti-traditional family value bill. This call will only take about 30 seconds to complete.

I am looking for some really cute stuff to borrow. Brooke and I are getting Kira and Kate's pictures done and we are on the hunt to find stuff. I am looking for strands of pearls, tu-tu's, beanies, clips, bows, etc...If you have anything that would be cute for a photo please let us know.. We aren't the best at putting stuff together. Even fabric for a background, or antique things like a cute pot would work. I am having mine done this Monday. If you have anything we could borrow please let me know..Thanks

Our new little man...

Dane Gibson Lowry was born July 31 at 5:15 pm. He was 7 lbs. 10 oz. and 20 inches long. We're so happy he's here and he's such a good baby. Older brother Luke is having a good time with him too, and isn't jealous at all! (so far...)
